Not to nit pick, but I'm pretty sure he was found guilty on count 4. You have also left out James and Naty's votes. Also, Antonio didn't get a vote on any of this.

Charging dues proposed for funding needs

Jason will take suggestions about the Constitution
Catering Committee is officially dissolved due to lack of funds and according to the Constitution the only two committees that exist are gaming and promotions (We will fix this)
Dragon con - Big Art show spots ample (security and set up/take down)- two meetings in Atlanta on May 13 & July 15- If attending both meetings Volunteer T-shirt free, if only one there is a discount
Room reservations during summer are iffy-Jason will check with Dr. Jamison before break

I belive the contact for information about Caligula should be Don, not Ron.
Also, I think you left out :

Cordry - by no means take this offensively as serious as this is, but you need to learn a little discretion about the inaccuracies. Main points were covered - Ron not Don was simply a typo; but the other information was quite unnecessary.

I'm not taking any offence. with all the excess chatter that tends to occur at meetings, it is expected that things will occasionally be missed. When ommissions or mistakes are noticed it is essential that they be corrected as soon as possible before memories fade. It is also not a matter of discretion. Either we collect, and post publically, accurrate records....or we don't. Anything between those absolutes constitutes falsification of records, which is an actionible offence under the student code of conduct, which applies to student organizations as well as to individual students. While it may not be required to enter every joke told at a meeting into the record, major points of relevence to the state of affairs within the organization must be at least mentioned. And somehow i think that Ron, the church music director, would be a bit confused about people contacting him about Caligula.

All right you guys, if you don't stop nit picking, I'm putting you both in the corner.
Chris, a few points: Please post seperate minutes on seperate threads, and name them something like "Minutes-5/2/06" in that form or something comparable. Since these are official records, and you are the secretary, please feel free to modify your posts with corrections. Please double check your posts, as there have been errors in both posts you have made so far. Failure to do so will cause me to mock you. Publicly. Everyone makes errors. Except for me, for the mocker must be guiltless.
Cordry: Simply say please. It works wonders on defusing people's misconceptions of your tone.
Karen: Cordry is Cordry. I don't think he was being snide in making his remarks. Now be nice. Or I will sit on you again. And wiggle.
I'm almost tempted to post a rant on how we take ourselves, as a club, too seriously, but given recent events, I think that we do need to be careful about our record keeping.

I thought that I would put all the meetings in one thread with the subject being the individual meetings. This way there is not a large set of threads about the meetings. might keep the official business a little more clean.

I do not see a place to put this but, I have a comment on the status of the treasury. I have yet to paid back to cater 3 events. As it stands now, I am owed $96 by the club for providing services for 3 movie events. I only mention such since the club has posted we have a positive treasury amount.

I do not recall you ever submitting any receipts. I do not recall you ever getting approval from the treasurer for such things, and, as the constitution states, the treasurer is responsible for dispersal of funds.
