Game On! While I am not 100% sure Morningstar is participating in this event, I am 99.999%. I ran the advanced game in 2004 and while it is usually something you have played somewhere else (in 2004 it was the Lvl 1 module out of the back of the Eberron Campaign Guide) it is never the less an awesome time with some nifty giveaways. Please, tell anyone you know who has even the slightest interest in the game to come to this event (no matter where it is being run). While the advanced game requires you to build a character, the beginner game is all Pre-fabbed characters and is usually very low danger. (Both of them are extremely non-fatal.) The beginner modules are geared toward the beginning player with clearly defined actions (It is attacking you = defend yourself. There is a dead body with a boulder on top of it = search for traps.) Morningstar usually also gives a discount on all D20 materials as well, so it is the perfect time to pick up a book or two you know is coming out in October, not to mention IT'S ROLEPLAYING IN A GAME STORE! ON A SATURDAY! So, bring your dice, bring some notebook paper, bring a friend and let's kill some orcs. www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20050726x

Well, Morning star did it last year.
I'm up for it.
Say, do you want to run Descent next Thurs?
