At first I used the name of my character in the Star Trek game. After deciding that was WAAAY too geeky, even for me, I just decided to use MY ACTUAL NAME. Instead of being confusing and making ppl decipher some vague reference to a conversation I once had with a member while we were gaming, I just used my name. (Tyme did the same... YEAH! GO TYME! YOU ROCK!) Ergo, I am James. James is posting. No confusion. Yippee!

I use loki and variations thereof pretty regularly.
And wouldn't you know, I did the same here.

Hmmm, I concede this point since we all know you as Loki and Jason as Lightmagus. My main complaint is having to decipher names... although, thus far, since we are a smallish group it hasn't been hard at all. (And, ok, little bit fun. I like puzzles ) So, Owen win.

I have had this name for over 10 years. Darkmagus was taken on Yahoo already, so I chose the light to bring balance. I have been dark, light, sky, bone, sword, bow, claw, ice, fire, shock, fanata, venge, wolf, and poison before, always keeping the magus suffix.
As to why the magus, well, that's for me to know...

I've had this name for quite a long time. I got it from MtG and I chose it because it is just an awsome card that I use quite often except I only have one copy =(
